Hi, my name is Ray Campton. I'm a marriage and family therapist here in California. Obviously, hearing is a very important part of my profession. The last few years I've noticed that words began to be dropped by clients - I couldn't hear them, which was a major consideration for me. So somewhat out of desparation I sought out someone to help me with that and I ended up at Advanced Hearing Aid here in Pleasant Hill.
Working with Yolanda was really a magnificant experience, not only to have my hearing brought back to me, but also to be treated in such an exquisite fashion by the staff here at Advanced Hearing Aid. I was not pressured in any way to try anything or do anything. It was a really open understanding of what it is I wanted and how I could actually benefit in my practice. I was fitted with something that was particular to my needs as a therapist and gave me a lot of lattitude working with some very impressive instruments. I guess I'm most impressed not only by the technical skill I saw here at Advanced Hearing Aid, but the personnel here, Yolanda and her sister - it's just an amazing kind of greeting and warmth and the receptivity is just a magnificant experience. I'm seen as a person all the time, and that matters to me, and I'm very eager, and have been very eager, to share as much as I possibly can about the life saving advantages for the baby boomers, such as myself, who have taken a fall off in their hearing.
